Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping method

All orders are shipped via DPD.

Various shipping methods are offered on the shopping cart page. You have the choice between;

  • Shipping to a home address
  • Send to a DPD pick-up point
  • Pick up (option only for BE)

You can also adjust your choice of shipping method on the checkout page.

Postage costs

Shipping costs are listed per shipping method on the checkout page.

Are there no shipping costs? Then you have reached the minimum order amount for free shipping. The minimum amount for free delivery is stated next to the shipping method.

Delivery

On the checkout page you can choose a delivery date under the shipping method “Shipping”. The first available delivery date is shown at the top.

The first available delivery date is shown based on DPD's closing time and transition time. The transition time for Belgium is on average 24 hours, for the Netherlands and Germany this is on average 48 hours. For other countries, the transition time is estimated at 72 hours.

Tracking

When we have packed your order, you will receive an email containing the courier (DPD) and the tracking number of your order. You will also receive a second email with the estimated delivery time.

Returns portal

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. It is important that the items are unopened and returned in the original condition as received.

The tracking email contains the following return link: https://herbafix.shipping-portal.com/rp/

A return label can be created via this link. The costs for returns are borne by the customer and must be paid via the returns portal. The return address is automatically stated on the label.

The package with return label can be delivered to any DPD pick-up point.
